Updates

Despite the appearances, I have been quite busy since my last update! I have been slowly working on a new design for the site which is perhaps why I have been reluctant to update. I just returned from a great trip to Tallahassee, Florida for the Florida State University New Music Festival where Scotty Philips performed a thing of dream and mist for soprano saxophone and electronics. The past year has been exciting and quite packed including:

  • Music: Cognition, Technology, and Society Conference at Cornell in May
  • June in Buffalo 2012
  • American Conservatory in Fontainebleau, France in July
  • Traveling around France for 2 weeks in August
  • Beginning teaching at the Eastman Community Music School in September
  • First performances with the [Switch~ Ensemble] in October and November
  • Third Practice Electroacoustic Music Festival in November
  • Performances by: Argento Chamber Ensemble, Ensemble Interface, and Keith Kirchoff
